Author Johanna Mangion will read from and discuss her first mystery novel, Tripped Up In Kittery, which is by turns gripping and hilarious. The dauntless sleuths are two women advice columnists who decide to solve the crime when their sleepy neighborhood is shaken by a devious murderer. A longtime resident of Kittery, Mangion has set her story in the familiar neighborhoods, shops, parks, and beaches of Kittery, York, and Portsmouth.

Mangion is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Boston University (MBA). She had a long career in finance, and together with her husband Bob, raised five children.

The reading will be followed by a book talk, hosted by Kimberly Green, with time for questions from the audience. A book sale and signing will follow. Everyone welcome, especially mystery lovers!
